The Taiten series oven pan is made from 100% recycled quality aluminum which distributes heat extremely well. This means that the food is heated both from the bottom and sides of the product. The plastic-free Ceratec™ coating gives the surface superb non-stick properties, which means that you can cook a number of dishes that often stick, such as gratins and risotto, without problems. The Energy Base optimizes the bottom of the product, and heats up 50% faster through this. It also provides better temperature control, and is 30% energy-saving on ceramic hobs. With a classic, ergonomic handle and lid in stainless steel, the product has a timeless design that fits just as well on the table as on the hob. Can be used on all hobs, including induction, as well as in the oven up to 270°C. Finnish design and manufactured in Finland. Easy to recycle.
